1. Eligibility Requirements
Time Frame: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included. Used personal care tools, damaged hardware, and items showing signs of misuse are not eligible for return/exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, custom-made products, and intimate personal care items (unless defective).
2. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Send an email to info@yc-shopping-online.com with the subject line: Return/Exchange - [Your Order Number]. Include the following details in your email:
Order number and product SKU
Reason for return/exchange (e.g., defective, wrong item, change of mind)
Clear photos of the product (and packaging, if damaged/defective)
Step 2: Receive Approval & Return Instructions
Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send a confirmation email with:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (required for all returns)
Detailed return shipping instructions (including our US return address)
A prepaid shipping label (for defective items only; shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns)
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Attach the RMA number to the outside of your package and affix the shipping label (if provided).
Ship the package via USPS/UPS and keep the tracking number for your records.
3. Refund & Exchange Fulfillment
Inspection: We will inspect the returned item within 1-3 business days of receipt.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Credit card/PayPal refunds may take 7-10 additional business days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges: For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement item immediately after inspection (same shipping timeline as your original order). If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to opened electronics and large hardware tools returned for non-defective reasons.
